Sue Mainhart
My husband John and I moved to Lake Wylie SC in 2007. We were originally from Frederick Maryland. We moved to SC for the nice weather and friendly people. In Maryland I owned a small home furnishings store for 18 years and an interior design studio for 4 years. I then worked as an interior designer for a firm in Gaithersburg Md. There I designed and installed model homes for builders on the east coast. I received my NC and SC real estate license in 2008. With my interior design background and knowledge of the housing industry selling real estate was a natural progression. I enjoy working with clients in finding them their dream home and building friendships that last a lifetime.
